INTEGRATED REPORTING This report includes information on Australia and New Zealand Banking Group Limited’s1 financial and non-financial performance. In preparing pages 1 to 72, we have drawn on aspects of the International Integrated Reporting Framework to describe how our business model, strategy, governance and risk management processes help us manage risks and opportunities in our operating environment and deliver value for stakeholders. We outline our response to external social and environmental challenges, including how we are continuing to support our customers, employees and the community through the COVID-19 pandemic and strengthening our approach to climate change and human rights. This report covers all ANZ operations worldwide over which, unless otherwise stated, we had control for the financial year 1 October 2020 to 30 September 2021. Monetary amounts in this document are reported in Australian dollars, unless otherwise stated.
